摘要
許多產業供應鏈上的資訊傳遞是非常不透明的,所以整個產業對於市場的回應速度很緩慢,實有導入供應鏈管理系統的必要,但由於產業結構及資訊科技的特性,使得供應鏈管理系統的導入並不容易,有鑑於此,本研究乃收集圖書出版業者及系統供應商的觀點,利用層級分析法(AHP)從系統特質、技術能力、組織支援及外在環境四個構面、十六個影響因素中,找出圖書出版業導入供應鏈管理系統的關鍵成功因素(CSF),希望能夠提供相關業者在導入供應鏈管理系統時做為參考。研究結果顯示,以外在環境構面是最為關鍵,前五大影響因素分別為:供應鏈夥伴關係的建立、高階主管的認知與支持、上下游廠商要求導入系統、組織內部專責小組的能力及同業採用的普遍程度。

Abstract
The information delivery in
the traditional industries is not transparent, so their response to the market
is not efficiency. It indeed needs to initiate supply chain management system,
but the characteristic of industry structure and information technology makes
it difficult. This study collects several experts’ opinions from the books
industry and the software suppliers in Taiwan and uses analytic hierarchy
process (AHP) method to find the critical success factors (CSF) from four
constructs (system feature, technology ability, organizational support, and
external environment) and sixteen impact factors. It is expected that the
results of this study can provide significant suggestions to the books firms
when they initiate the SCM system. According to the results of this study, the
external environment construct is the most important and the top five impact
factors include: the construction of supply chain partners’ relationship, the
recognition and attitude of chief executive officers, the request by the
upstream and downstream partners, the ability of the project team, and the
popular degree adopted by the competitors.
