摘要

置身於第二現代情境當中，風險的影響無所不在，本文嘗試使用Ulrich Beck的風險理論去探究當今社會之所以成為風險社會的緣由及其出路問題。在其觀點之下，本文並論析了風險與安全的概念與其相互關係，以及自反性現代化、國家的任務…等相關議題。

Abstract

As we live in the second modernity, some risk may affect our future. This paper, thus applies Ulrich Beck's risk society thinking to understand causes and paths of our society. Based on Beck's thought, an analytical approach is used to describe the conception of risk and safety and their relations. Issues of reflexive modernization, national missions, etc., are also addressed.
