錄影監視調閱平台系統使用意圖與滿意度之研究

─以高雄市政府警察局為例

摘要

「錄影監視調閱平台系統」是高雄市政府警察局於民國100年縣市合併後，為整合各路口錄影監視器之後端錄影監控軟體，提供員警即時監看及調閱錄影歷史影像畫面而自建之系統；本研究在探討員警在面對警察局導入新的資訊系統時，使用情形、使用效益及其科技態度對其使用系統之意圖、滿意度。所以本研究的主要目的，是藉由科技接受模式與資訊系統成功模式的概念，透過問卷進行調查分析，探討員警對於「錄影監視調閱平台系統」的使用意圖及滿意度。此外根據研究結果提出建議，作為錄影監視調閱平台系統負責單位之參考。研究結果有以下之結論：一、員警願意使用「錄影監視調閱平台系統」。二、員警滿意使用「錄影監視調閱平台系統」。三、員警對於「錄影監視調閱平台系統」的使用意圖與使用滿意度有其關聯性。四、員警之不同背景變項對於「錄影監視調閱平台系統」的使用意圖、使用滿意度是有所差異的。因此，本研究期望藉由蒐集員警對本系統的使用現況、使用滿意度及使用意願，以提供相關資料供主管機關進行本系統的評估與改良參考。

Abstract

Kaohsiung City Police Department design and develop Kaohsiung City Police Department image surveillance management system after the amalgamation of Kaohsiung County and Kaohsiung City. The system integrates different surveillance software and provides to view the real-time images and download the various historic aerial imagery.

The main purpose of this study is through technology acceptance model and information system success model concept, conducted by questionnaire survey and analysis of the user surveillance management system intended use, user satisfaction and willingness to use. This study also discuss the differences and relatedness of students’ attitudes toward video surveillance management system among their different backgrounds. According to this study and the results of the questionnaire, some conclusions will be suggested as follows:

1. The police officers are willing to take advantage of the “image surveillance management system”.

2. The police officers’ satisfaction of the police officers about the "image surveillance management system ".

3. The police officers of different backgrounds are different from using intention、satisfaction and users’ acceptance.
